Dr. Simms has been practicing in the Magnolia Park Media District of Burbank for over 30 years. Following his honorable discharge as a Naval Officer stationed at the Norfolk Naval Hospital, Dr. Simms has lectured on contact lenses and more recently on Lasik co-management. Dr. Simms has a close working relationship with Advanced Vision Correction Center as a consultant on Lasik surgery and has co-managed over 1000 patients.

Dr. Simms received his T.M.O.D certification in 1997 and is a member of A.O.A and C.O.A. He specializes in giving his patients individual and very personal service.
